Activation

Please enter your Surname, NI number and date of birth. Your activation key will be in the email or letter sent to you by us.

Common problems:

• Check there are no trailing spaces after surname or activation code fields (common when using autofill)
• Check the spelling of your surname against your letter
• Check your date of birth is in the following format DD/MM/YYYY - including the /
• We could hold a different NI number for you - if you think this is the problem please email us with your activation details and we will crosscheck each field for a mismatch.
